NovaCopilot is evidence-based decision infrastructure. Trust comes from traceable sources, deterministic processing and verifiable outcomes — described here at principle level.
Source model
Outcomes cite official legislation, regulator guidance and published enforcement — linked, not paraphrased away.
Evidence model
Each decision carries its source chain so a reviewer can follow every outcome back to its origin.
Update model
When the evidence graph changes, its version changes; earlier decisions are marked superseded rather than silently rewritten.
Jurisdictions
EU instruments such as the AI Act, GDPR and DSA, with national rules where they differ.
Verification process
Every Decision Passport is signed. Its status is recomputed server-side on each verification.
Version model
Graph version and freshness dates are public through the status endpoint and the change feed.
