    How are decisions made?

NovaCopilot is a Source Language Model (SLM): every answer is built solely from verified legislation, case law and authority decisions, never from free text generation.

The decision engine is the core of the SLM: fixed rules link every obligation to its legal provision, so the same question always gives the same decision.

NovaCopilot uses a deterministic decision engine with a focus on article-linked obligations. The same inputs and the same verified rule set produce the same decision signal. Missing evidence is returned as not_in_register, not as a guess.

    How it works

    1. 01

      Identify the source

A public legal source is the starting point. The knowledge layer lives on Legal, not on this product page.

    2. 02

      Verify the evidence

Source status and the time of the latest check accompany the evidence before it enters the decision chain.

    3. 03

      Assess the impact

Trust Graph connects applicable obligations to the question. Published deterministic rules govern the decision signal.

    4. 04

      Return a traceable signal

The decision signal links to its source and next action. Missing evidence is explicitly identified.
