An underlying part of the vision is efficiency: NovaCopilot reduces the volume of documents, paper PDFs, retrieval, energy consumption and token consumption by delivering ready-made decision, risk, obligation and action objects that apps and computers can use directly in response generation. - Zero-data: no personal data is processed in the standard configuration; dialogue context is derived per session and disappears when the session ends.
- A bounded knowledge base that the customer owns and approves; the engine is locked and delivered unchanged.
- Cost cap per dialogue, abuse protection, topic boundary, response control and an audit trail per answer.
- Escalation to a human for legal questions, confidentiality matters, payment cases and sensitive issues.

- Does not learn in real time from customer conversations; improvements are deliberate content updates between runs.

## Operations, security and compliance
- Hosting: Microsoft Azure, EU region. Microsoft is disclosed as a subprocessor.
- Role-based access with least privilege, mandatory MFA, separated environments, central key management.
- Anonymized, PII-free logging: timestamp, question type, policy decision, escalation and cost, not free text.
- Work is under way towards GDPR documentation, EU AI Act classification, DORA documentation and the ISO/IEC 27001 framework. No certification has been issued.
