Decisions in code, language in the model
Module, next step and policy outcome are selected by deterministic logic. The language model formulates sentences within that framework, which makes behaviour testable before it reaches customers.
No customer data in the copilot
In the default configuration no personal data is received, processed or stored, and no customer data is used to train models.
Traceability per response
Intent, module, policy outcome and escalation are logged anonymously with a timestamp and module version, so a dialogue can be reviewed afterwards.
Operation within the EU
The backend runs on Microsoft Azure, EU region. Integration is done on your own surface, without access to core systems.
NovaCopilot runs in production and is continuously indexed. No integration is required and no customer data is processed. Status per control is documented in the Trust Center, and deployment is described under delivery.
